New York & San Francisco TV Show Production
Looking for a TV show production crew? Evolve Media has the passion and experience that you are looking for.
We currently have two major series in our portfolio, namely the Hollywood Treasure and the acclaimed Twice a Week Vegetarian. Because of our extensive expertise and the numerous specialists working with us, Evolve Media can help you produce virtually any form of TV Show, from the classical sitcoms to fully 2D, 3D or stop motion animations. Let’s find out how a television series is born.
The pilot episode
The pilot episode constitutes the idea for the series that you have to pitch to the network executives. Our professional show-runner and producer will help you supervise the transformation process from the idea to the actually finalized film. These tasks imply hiring the actors, stage crew and the writers for your pilot. Naturally, writers may not be necessary if you have a final version of the script and you only need to transport it to the screen. At the same time, animation series only require voice actors. To put it simply, there are numerous details proprietary to each type of project, but rest assured that Evolve Media is up to the challenge.
The production phase
The production phase is the core of the work, because now we actually have all the details taken care of and we can get down to business. Naturally, before we start shooting, you will have to decide whether you want your show filmed in the studio or on location. Studio shooting enables us to control every single aspect of the show with 100% accuracy, from lighting to sound effects and weather. On the other hand, on location films will always have that heavy dose of realism that not even the best technology on the market can emulate perfectly. But it’s mainly your call! These factors apply mainly to productions that are not fully animated.
In the post production stage
The post production stage commences when the pilot of your television show has been filmed. At this point we will take the film, scan it at high resolutions, apply all the visual and audio effect, recompile it, optimize it and hand it to you with a red ribbon, fit for TV. Warning, the ribbon is not included. Joke aside, we want to let you know that Evolve Media invests a great deal of time and effort in the post-production phase, because we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with our work.
Congratulations, you are on air!
The decision on the air time belongs to the network executives, but the shows that get selected – and certainly ours will – generally make it to the screen in fall. We bet you can’t wait to see what the characters in your show do next, so let’s get cracking!
